Quotes
A quote is based on the garment, quantity, decoration method, colour count and placements described at the time it is issued. Changing any of those changes the price. Quotes are held for a stated period and are subject to blank availability at our distributor. [QUOTE VALIDITY PERIOD TO BE CONFIRMED]
Proofs and approval
We do not release an order to production until you approve the proof in writing. The approved proof is the specification for your order — garment, colour, method, placement, measurements and size run. If the finished goods do not match the approved proof, that is our responsibility to correct.
If they do match the approved proof, changes after approval are a new job. Please read the proof carefully; that is what it is for.
Artwork
You confirm that you own the artwork you send us, or have permission to use it. We do not reproduce third-party trademarks, team marks, or club identities without evidence of permission, and we may ask for it.
Where we redraw, separate or digitize your artwork, the production files we create remain ours; your underlying artwork remains yours.
Quantities and variance
Decorated apparel runs are subject to a small over- or under-run and to occasional garment defects from the blank manufacturer. We will tell you our tolerance when we quote. [VARIANCE TOLERANCE TO BE CONFIRMED]
Customer-supplied garments
We are happy to decorate garments you supply, but we cannot accept liability for damage to them. Some fabrics and finishes do not take decoration reliably. Ask us before you buy.
