When you submit a quote or proof request we collect the information you type into that form: your name, email address, phone number if you provide one, your organisation, the details of the job, and any artwork file you upload. We also receive standard server logs, which include your IP address and browser type.
We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
Why we collect it
- To prepare and send you a quote and a production proof.
- To contact you about that specific job.
- To keep a record of what was agreed, so a reorder matches the original.
Artwork you send us
Artwork you upload is used to produce your proof and your order. We do not use your logo or design in our own marketing, on this website, or on sample garments without asking you first.
Who else sees it

How long we keep it

Your choices
