Every custom apparel order is a bet on something that does not exist yet. This is how we take that bet off the table: nothing enters production until you have seen your garment, your art and your measurements, and said yes.
01 — Revision history
Five steps.
One of them is yours.
Tell us the job
Quantity, deadline, what it is for, and roughly what you want it to look like. You do not need to know the method or the garment yet — that is our job.
Pick the blank
We point at the right garment for the use case, not the most expensive one. Weight, fit, colour availability and how it holds decoration all factor in. Anything in the S&S catalogue is available, not just what is on this site.
Send artwork
Any format you have. We redraw, separate or digitize it into something a machine can actually run, and we flag anything that will not hold up at the size you want it.
Approve the proof
You get the measured mockup: garment, colour, decoration method, placement with dimensions, and the size run. Change anything you like. Change it again. Nothing moves until you reply with the word yes.
Into production
Decorated in-house on our own machines. Nobody subcontracts it, nobody substitutes your blank because theirs ran out, and nobody calls you afterwards to explain why it looks different.

A proof is not a picture of a shirt. It is the specification we hand the machine — which is exactly why you should be the one to sign it.

03 — Straight answers
The questions
people actually ask.
How long does it take?
It depends on the method, the quantity, and whether the blanks are in stock at the distributor when you approve. We give you a date with the quote and we tell you immediately if anything threatens it. [STANDARD TURNAROUND WINDOWS TO BE CONFIRMED BEFORE LAUNCH]
What is your minimum order?
It varies by method — screen printing has a practical floor that DTF does not, because of the setup involved. [MINIMUMS TO BE CONFIRMED BEFORE LAUNCH]
Do I pay to get a proof?
No. You see the proof before any money moves. If you do not like it, you do not owe us anything.
How many revisions do I get?
As many as it takes to be right. Revisions are cheap; a wrong box of five dozen hoodies is not.
Can I supply my own garments?
Usually yes, and it is worth asking first — some fabrics and finishes do not take decoration well, and we would rather tell you that before you buy them than after we scorch one.
What happens if something comes out wrong?
If it does not match the proof you approved, that is our problem and we fix it. That is the entire reason the proof exists.
